Shipping policy

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Magic Remote Control, 48 Rimington Road, Barnsley, S.Yorkshire, S73 8DQ

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All UK orders are shipped same day (if ordered before 3pm). Orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service. Postage is free. For all overseas orders (including Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands) a delivery charge will be made of £12, the item will be sent out via Royal Mail International Tracked service.
